The revitalized community has managed to bring new industries and create hundreds of new jobs as well as create a desire to move to Newton. And they’re celebrating with a ribbon cutting of their newest housing development on Friday, April 13th. You are welcome to come join us at the ribbon cutting of our newest development at Fairmeadows North in Newton, at 12 p.m. Friday, April 13th at the corner of North 7th Avenue East and E 26th Street North.

You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation and a new found talent you’ll want to explore. Make sure to invite your friends to join you for a fun-filled social painting class. This is for ages 21 and up. Ages 18 - 20 can attend accompanied by a parent.

Newton YMCA All-Stars in the annual granny basketball game fundraiser!
Played with early 20th century women’s basketball rules, the game is a fun
Globetrotter-style exhibition that pits the grannies against a team of Newton
Come cheer the All Stars and the Grannies, grab a pie and share a few laughs.
