Tips for Physical Distancing in Parks

It’s going to be a beautiful day, we know residents may want to get outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. But we ask you to do so responsibly!

Our local parks, trails, and open spaces have always served as places where people can find respite and seek peace and restoration. Let’s all do our part to use them in a way that respects each other and public health guidance.

While visiting any public space, use your best judgment and act responsibly! Bring your own sanitation supplies with you and adhere to the local proclamations for keeping social gatherings to less than 10 people and observing social distancing standards.

Do not use the playground equipment, shelter houses, picnic tables, or park benches – they are not sanitized.

If you do not feel well or have been sick, stay home.

We know it’s not ideal, but separating people right now is key to stopping the spread of COVID-19. Thanks for doing your part!
