The Library’s goal is to create an environment that balances our need to provide quality essential services to our community, provide our employees with a safe working environment, and do our part to prevent the spread of Covid-19. In an effort to implement social distancing practices, library hours have been temporarily reduced. You can learn more about our phased reopening plan here.
In the meantime, library staff are offering a mix of in-person browsing days, curbside pick-up service for library materials, public computer appointments, and appointments for notary service and new library card registrations.
Beginning August 19th, we’ll be offering Browse-N-Go service and drop-in computer access on the following days:
Browse-N-Go service allows for brief in-person visits to browse the collection and check out materials. We ask that visits be kept under an hour. Social distancing measures will be in place and all building visitors ages 3+ will be required to wear a mask.
Curbside Pick-Up & Low Contact Days
Curbside pick-up service and computer appointments will continue to be available for those who prefer contactless library service. The library building will be closed to walk-in traffic on these days.
