HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for overseeing payroll for City and WaterWorks employees and elected officials; maintains a variety of automated and paper records related to employee personnel file and employee insurances; prepares and submits a variety of payroll-related and insurance-related periodic reports; sends out corporate billings and receives payments; serves as primary computer support consultant for all departments, serves as City Clerk, performs other related duties as required. This position oversees the computer network for the City and is part of the team that is responsible for the City's website.
