The Pink Ribbon Support Group and Skiff Medical Center’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation have teamed up to sponsor a new event, Jingle for a Cure! Please join us at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, to support a great cause, be active and have fun! It is a very family friendly event with distances available to all ages, including a 5K run/walk, one-mile run/walk, free kids' run, and a one-mile indoor option if weather or health necessitates. Entrants will get a special gift and jingle bells with their entry fee. Prizes will be awarded to overall and age group winners in both the 5K and one-mile runs.
Start and finish will be in the northeast parking lot of Skiff Medical Center, 204 N. 4th Ave. E. Registration and awards will be held in the Skiff Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department on the lower level of the Ross Medical Arts Building.

Robert Inman brings the Dickens classic to the modern stage. Set in a mountain area during the Great Depression, A High Country Christmas is the story of curmudgeonly country store owner Silas McTavish, who rediscovers the magic of Christmas with the help of an unexpected Christmas Eve visitor.
Tickets will go on sale November 20, and are $12.00 for adults and $10.00 for youth. For reservations, call our Box Office at 641-792-1230. The box office is staffed weekdays, starting November 20, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 6:30-8:00 pm, and one hour before each performance.
