IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST AN OFFICER OR THIS AGENCY 1. Request to see a Shift Supervisor, the Officer-in-Charge, or the Chief of Police. 2. Complete the Citizen Complaint Form, or provide information for the completion of the form. 3. Sign the Complaint Form (Optional) You can file your complaint at the Police Department, the Mayor's Office or the City Administrator's Office. |
